1-3 Deadwood/Tortuga1667/Skull/SabaccMiniaturesDrop-InH07Jer Johnson
In Deadwood 1876, you use cards from your hand to try to win Safes from other players. Safes contain Badges, Gold, or Showdown Guns. Near the end of the game, players with Badges get extra turns. After the final turn, the team with the most Gold will advance to the Final Showdown. There, teammates will have to fight each other to the death using Showdown Guns. The last person alive is the winner! Tortuga is all about the interactions you have with the other players.
In some cases, such as when you and your shipmates are attacking the Spanish Galleon, you need to rely on your enemies in order to succeed. In the very next turn, however, your shipmates might stab you in the back with a mutiny in order to keep all the treasure for themselves. Skull & Roses is the quintessence of bluffing, a game in which everything is played in the players' heads. Each player plays a face-down card, then each player in turn adds one more card until someone feels safe enough to state that he can turn a number of cards face up and get only roses. Other players can then overbid him, saying they can turn even more cards face up. The highest bidder must then turn that number of cards face up, starting with his own. If he shows only roses, he wins; if he reveals a skull, he loses, placing one of his cards out of play. Two successful challenges wins the game. Skull & Roses is not a game of luck; it's a game of poker face and meeting eyes. Each game is played in three rounds. Players receive two random cards at the beginning of the game and on each turn players can either gain an additional card (optionally discarding it to draw again), swap a card in the player's hand with the top card of the discard pile, stand (take no cards), or junk (fold). Players do this in turn, and at the end of each round the dice are rolled. If the symbols match then everyone's hand is discarded, players are dealt the same amount of new cards that they discarded, and play continues.

2-3 Magic, Myth, and Mystery [Local Designer]Boardgame4 spacesR01Ryan Clement
For centuries, humanity fought a secret shadow war against the creatures of darkness and myth, until one day the unthinkable happened. Peace. In exchange for being allowed to freely and openly join human society, the nearly extinct supernaturals agreed to follow human laws so long as humanity stopped its incessant messing around with dangerous magics. While certain parties on both sides still have their differences, the great Peace of Ravenagainst all oddshas largely held.
That is, until the Organization of Magic, Myth, and Mystery (OMMM) somehow hired you to help preserve it. You and your uniquely talented colleagues work for OMMM, an international NGO dedicated to keeping things nice and friendly between human and supernatural alike. As interns, your duties include stopping rampaging mythological beasts, solving arcane mystical puzzles, confronting illegal sorcery, navigating office politics, and of course managing social media. Magic, Myth, and Mystery is a brand-new locally designed RPG that uses cards rather than dice in order to give players more influence over the trajectory of the story through a simple rules system. Set in a globe-trotting modern fantasy world not unlike our own, players will be able to choose one of six pre-generated characters, some human and some less so, based on legends from around the world as they try to save the world, not kill each other, and also avoid getting fired.

3Awkward Guests-The Walton CaseBoardgame4 spacesC06Ray
From BGG: Awkward Guests, a.k.a. Incmodos Invitados, is a one-of-a-kind deduction game with infinite re-playability. You can recreate Mr. Walton's murder in so many different ways that you won't ever play two similar games! (Mr. Walton will not thank you for doing this.) The game challenges you to use genuine detective abilities to solve each case. To solve a mystery, you have to interrogate the suspects, question the household staff, examine the crime scene, search for clues around the Walton Mansion, and consult the police reports.
You will do all of this while exchanging information with your opponents or hiding it from them, so get ready to use all your gumshoe skills! WHO killed Mr. Walton? HOW did the murderer end his life? WHY did the murderer kill him? Was there an ACCOMPLICE? The heart of Awkward Guests is simple: Players have a hand of six cards, and each card has a value (1, 2 or 3 points, according to the amount of information that it provides) and several references (i.e., the subjects of the card information). During a turn, you ask for information about two different references in which you are interested. The rest of the players can offer you cards that contain the requested references, and you can trade for those cards by giving the offering players the same number of points they have offered via cards in your hand. After each round ends, players can try to solve the mystery. If the mystery is not solved, players discard part of their hands and receive three new cards. The player or players who solve the mystery first win.

3Who Would Win?Boardgame94 spacesG06Darryl
Haven't you ever asked yourself: who's the better bowler, Gandalf or Martha Stewart? Would Chuck Norris beat Dracula in a staring contest? Is Godzilla a better figure skater than William Shakespeare? The answers to these questions and more can be had In "Who Would Win", the ultimate game of arguing about ridiculous hypothetical competitions! In Who Would Win? two players each draw one character card, then turn up an event card.
Each player then has 20 seconds to argue why his character would win whatever event is presented. Why would Albert Einstein beat Darth Vader in a gardening contest? You tell me! The other players serve as the jury and vote on which player had the better argument; that player receives the event card. The first player to win five event cards wins the game.
